Rental Agreement
RENTAL PERIOD
The Renter is responsible for returning the equipment by the agreed-upon end date.
USE OF EQUIPMENT
The Renter agrees to use the equipment responsibly, in a careful and proper manner, and only for the intended purpose. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the Renter.
LOSS OR THEFT
The Renter is responsible for the equipment’s safekeeping during the rental period. In the event of loss or theft, the Renter agrees to compensate the Owner for the full replacement value of the equipment.
LIABILITY
The Owner shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the use of the rented equipment.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms outlined herein.

PROHIBITION OF TAMPERING
The Renter agrees not to tamper with, alter, or attempt to repair the equipment. All controls and settings should be used as instructed and not modified beyond the provided guidelines.
PROTECTION FROM SPILLAGE
The Renter is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is kept safe from spillage of any kind, particularly from drinks and other liquids. Protective measures should be taken to prevent equipment exposure to potential spill hazards.
OUTDOOR USE AND WEATHER CONDITIONS

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE
In the event of damage arising from tampering, spillage, or misuse, including but not limited to use under inappropriate weather conditions, the Renter will be held responsible and liable for the repair or replacement costs of the equipment.
IMMEDIATE NOTIFICATION
The Renter must immediately notify the Owner of any incidents or accidents involving the equipment, including spillage, exposure to adverse weather, or any form of misuse.
